If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your style or face shape, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds simple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear securely in its original hard case and microfiber cloth, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact before sealing the shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your frames, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
